Ms Cheow Yong Xin (Aurora) is a second-year law student at Brickfields Asia College (BAC), pursuing her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. She is a motivated and determined individual, aiming to seize opportunities and connect with new people. She believes failures and disappointments are the experiences that make her stronger and undefeatable. Throughout her academic journey, Ms Aurora actively engaged in law organisations, taking on leadership roles to enhance her personal and professional growth. Currently, she is the Engagement Team Officer of HaKita (Our Rights) and Assistant Vice President of Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA Malaysia).
In July 2023, Ms Aurora joined Messrs. Veon Szu & Kok Thye (George Town) as a legal intern, working under the guidance of Mr Khaw Veon Szu. She eagerly looks forward to gaining exposure in a diverse range of legal practice areas during her two-month internship.
